Domenica 25 novembre e domenica 2 dicembre 2012 la Fondazione Nicola Trussardi presenta Lasciamo il segno, due giornate di visite speciali, ideate da unduetrestella, dedicate ai bambini alla mostra Rubble and Revelation – Rivelazioni e Rovine, in corso alla Caserma XXIV Maggio di Milano.

Tre gli appuntamenti previsti durante entrambe le giornate: alle 11.00, alle 15.00 e alle 17.00 i bambini dai cinque anni saranno guidati alla scoperta del mondo di Cyprien Gaillard attraverso percorsi e attività studiati per loro.

Lasciamo il segno sarà l’occasione per far incontrare il pubblico dei più piccoli con Cyprien Gaillard, uno degli artisti più interessanti della nuova generazione: i bambini saranno accompagnati all’interno della mostra per una visita speciale, pensata per scoprire insieme non soltanto le opere d’arte esposte, ma anche luoghi e storie narrate dalle opere stesse. I bambini saranno invitati a entrare alla mostra come piccoli “critici d’arte” che osservano, descrivono e parlano di quello che incontrano, imparando a esprimere i loro pensieri, a non aver paura di fare domande né tanto meno di cercare delle risposte.

Durante la visita i bambini entreranno in contatto con frottage, disegni, collage, fotografie vecchie e nuove, polaroid, meteoriti e video che raccontano di un mondo che cambia, dove le piccole cose di ogni giorno e gli eventi più spettacolari convivono a stretto contatto. Impareranno in questo modo a guardare il mondo con occhi diversi, a cercare come piccoli archeologi le tracce di quello che li circonda, a comporre collage di immagini del loro mondo immaginario.

Lasciamo il segno sono due giornate ideate da Unduetrestella e organizzate dalla Fondazione Nicola Trussardi in occasione della mostra Rubble and Revelation – Rivelazioni e rovine alla Caserma XXIV Maggio di Milano, la prima personale in un’istituzione italiana dell’artista francese Cyprien Gaillard.
unduetrestella è un progetto curatoriale di arte contemporanea per bambini nato nel 2009, che ha all’attivo collaborazioni, tra gli altri, con il Museo del Novecento di Milano, Uovokids ed Electakids.

La partecipazione a Lasciamo il segno è gratuita, con prenotazione obbligatoria.
La mostra sarà regolarmente aperta al pubblico.

On Sunday 25 November and Sunday 2 December 2012, the Fondazione Nicola Trussardi is presenting Lasciamo il segno, a two-day program of special tours for children, conceived by unduetrestella, to the exhibition Rubble and Revelation, currently on view at the Caserma XXIV Maggio in Milan.

Three tours are scheduled over the course of each day: starting at 11 AM, 3 PM, and 5 PM, children five and up will get the chance to discover the world of Cyprien Gaillard through visits and activities designed especially for them.

Lasciamo il segno will be an opportunity to introduce the very youngest viewers to Cyprien Gaillard, one of the most interesting new artists on the contemporary scene: children will be guided through the fair on a special tour designed to help them explore not just the works of art on display, but the places and stories portrayed in them. The children will be invited to visit the show in the guise of little “art critics” who observe, describe, and talk about what they find there, learning to express their own thoughts and not be afraid to ask questions, let alone look for answers.

During the tour, the children will encounter rubbings, drawings, collages, photographs both old and new, Polaroids, meteorites and videos that tell of a changing world, where little everyday things live side by side with even the most spectacular events. They will learn to look at reality through different eyes, to probe their surroundings like little archeologists, and to compose collaged images of their own imaginary universe.

Lasciamo il segno is a two-day event conceived by Unduetrestella and organized by the Fondazione Nicola Trussardi for the exhiition Rubble and Revelation – Rivelazioni e rovine at the Caserma XXIV Maggio in Milan, the first solo show in Italy by French artist Cyprien Gaillard.
unduetrestella is a curatorial project focused on bringing contemporary art to children; founded in 2009, it has partnerships with institutions such as the Museo del Novecento, Uovokids and Electakids.

Participation in Lasciamo il segno is free of charge, though booking is required.
The exhibition will be open to the public as usual.
